What archiver should we use to make highly compressed archives?

There are numerous free file archivers available on the net today. Certainly most of them are not capable to compress files highly as we expect usually. But I am mentioning here the names of three quality high compression enabled archiver and I hope these archivers will change your file compression experience that you have gained before. Those are…
1. 7-Zip 4.65 or higher
2. WinUHA 2.0 or higher
3. KGB Archiver 2.0.0.2 or higher
Many can mention WinRar or WinZip but remember it, both of them are not free software at all. For testing I have made an archive of a 3,458 KB sized MySql database file “something.sql” with those three archiver one after another and have got the following result…

Published April 17, 2011 | 1. Download and install the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) from Java (Download JRE by clicking here).
2. Download Micro-Emulator 2.0.4 or above and extract the ZIP archive (Download Micro-Emulator by clicking here).
3. Double click on “microemulator.jar” to run the Emulator.
4. Simply drag any .jar mobile application and drop onto the Emulator. Click on “Start” and your application will launch within a single second.
